The big lesson from AI is that everything is code. A slide deck is code. Design is code. That cool promo video? Code. Excel automation? Code. The universe? Probably made of code too.
"post-AGI, no one is going to work and the economy is going to collapse"
"i am switching to polyphasic sleep because GPT-5.5 in codex is so good that i can't afford to be sleeping for such long stretches and miss out on working"
My "Roman Empire is the realization that my life is a lottery win. Somewhere in Sudan, Pålestine, iran, Afghanistan, Iraq or Congo, there is a boy smarter than me. He is more disciplined, more resilient, and holds more potential in his single finger than I do in my entire career.
The only difference? I am siting in a train and he is sting in the rubble of his dreams.

I have read many books and papers on how to live longer + healthier.
What they say is simple:
Eat whole, unprocessed foods, mix cardio and strength training 5 days a week, get good 7-8 hours sleep, take multivitamin as insurance, get fat % at 20 or below, and invest in relationships.
No hacks. Just fundamentals repeated, day after day.
