I don’t think there is anything stopping anyone from leaving without putting any notice. People do that today as a matter of fact. The reason for not doing it is leverage. More like you can do it but Do you have leverage? The employer has a lot of that but most employees don’t so it’s important they maintain a good relationship and records for future opportunities

I don't understand why migrants are blamed for poor planning and urban sprawl. Kempton Park is very close to the airport. I was almost robbed there and the guys who tried were not migrants. This is disappointing.
