Location Nehru Nagar Entrance near building no 1 and 2, kurla east.
Ease of business on the roads. Shops extended till roads. No place for public. Roads blocked by transport vehicles of the shop and their customers.
Kurla was better few years back.

The stock of goods are kept outside the shop and all the shops have extended their shop till outside.
Rera rules will also come into play.

Look at the Kurla Station East Entrance. I don’t think any other station will be such pathetic as Kurla Station.

This particular shop located in nehru nagar, Kurla East , rinisa residency, chanda hospital building aways park their cars and cars around the area and see how bikes are parked on the road. Can something be done?

Kurla east is going to be the impossible place to stay for people who have cars and don’t have parking space allotted to them. All ola uber guys who stay on other side of railway track keep parking their cars in nehru nagar. Even tempos are parked here. Residents cant park cars

If you are going to buy a house in kurla east, please take a note of this. Very soon people will start crying for the parking space. No proper planning of kurla east. New buildings are coming up with no parking space planning. Beware!!
