If all the communication needs to be done with Airline directly you should have informed me at the initial day itself. Don't make fun of my time spent. My wife was left alone in the airport by denying onboard. She was devastated and helpless in that night. I need my full refund

Can any airline can give a ticket to DXB to HAN with 18000 INR.

If you cannot ask the proper refund to Airline then what's the purpose of having a travel agency.

If gulf airline doesn't provide a refund Goibibo needs to refund me the money since I have in goibibo.

incident happened 4 days before, I have not received yet refund from Goibibo. The stress and helplessness that we had to through that night is all because of your improper Eticket. So refund the money that i had to pay extra to buy ticket

@GoibiboSupport @goibibo @GulfAir @emirates its been 2 days since I raised the issue , I haven't got any feedback yet from goibibo. actual ticket was 48.5 k. ticket from Dubai to ho chi minh 57k and Ho chi minh to Hanoi 6.5k. spent a lot of money for rebooking and we went through a lot stress and helplessness
