@Hot_Pepper76 I am precariously close to 60 drive a very low mileage muscle car that I bought 17 years ago. It runs like new and is still so fun to drive and the insurance is cheap so I can’t justify replacing it. It has been well maintained but I worry one day it will just implode 😂

@mj196410@MeTheAngryCat Which is the correct and most flavorful way. It is delicious. We switch it up by adding different proteins, sometimes chicken, breakfast sausage, smoked sausage, ham, crumbled bacon or ground beef. All have worked well

@SamaHoole In defense, when I make jerky I use ground beef that is 93/7 as I found that to give the best texture. I am sure there are other examples where higher or lower ratios are preferred.
