Humanoid robots don't need to look human.
Meet Eno, our first general-purpose robot.
Not a machine pretending to be human, but intelligence given a body.
At Genesis, we’re building a future where robots don’t feel cold or distant, but capable, calm, and ready to help.
Available Q4 this year.
7/ If your kid ever gets unexplained bruising, tiny red dots, or bleeding gums, don't settle for "probably allergies."
Ask for a CBC with peripheral smear & an Immature Platelet Fraction whilst you search for a Paediatric Haematologists who are in short supply anyway.
Two of our worst VC stories:
1. A Sequoia partner passed on Cloudflare because he didn’t think a woman could lead a security infrastructure company. Seriously. 🙄
2. I got introduced to @pmarca. Meeting got scheduled for a Monday, which should have been a clue. I thought it was just a casual meeting. He thought it was a pitch and brought the whole @a16z partnership team. Hilarity ensued. 🤪 At one point one of them said: “You don’t seem very prepared.” Which was true because I wasn’t. I framed the rejection letter they sent.
Thought experiment: if every company suddenly had infinite free compute, what new products would emerge?
My take: with very few exceptions, not much would change. The bottleneck is figuring out what people want, and it’s not so easy to apply compute to solve that.
Okay I finally got through all of the albums
'Habibti' is the singing album for the ladies. Not for me, but I'm sure someone will like it.
'Maid of Honour' is 'Honestly Nevermind Part 2'. 'Cheetah Print' and 'True Bestie' are most likely going to be the standouts.
'Iceman' is the tough guy/diss album. He's rapping, which I enjoy, but it's too much rehashing old stuff from the beef. Production is on fire though!
Overall I will only be coming back to Iceman and that's it. There will be something for everyone, but you have to ask yourself are these timeless classics, or just some stuff to get out of his deal with UMG and go indie? The stans will continue to bring up numbers like anyone gives af, but the music is not showing Drake has matured AT ALL. Idk if he's still waiting until he's on his own to finally put out something meaningful, or if this is just him for the rest of his career? I would love to see some growth, but the man is clearly still hurt after what happened 2 years ago.
The Gulf conflict is putting Dubai’s role as a global wealth safe haven to the test.
Asian family offices are reassessing exposure, with some exploring diversification into Singapore and Hong Kong.

> be Cursor
> start as a code editor
> get valued at ~$10B
> realize that’s not enough and move into models
> now competing with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google
> run into the real bottleneck
> need massive compute but competitors control it
> stuck depending on the same companies you’re trying to beat
> then SpaceX steps in with a way out
> offers access to massive GPU clusters
> but the deal is high stakes
> $60B to buy or $10B to walk away
> the $10B alone > your entire value last year
> and $60B is bigger than what Elon Musk paid for X
Cursor takes the deal and gives up the right to sell for one year. In return, it secures massive compute and a guaranteed $10 billion floor, removing its dependence on infrastructure controlled by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
With access to frontier-scale resources, Cursor can now train at a level that was previously out of reach and compete on equal footing. The next 12 months will determine whether it emerges as a category leader in coding AI.
Meet Pakistan’s astronauts that are going to be living in space later this year:
Pakistan’s space agency, the Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) announces a landmark advancement in Pakistan’s Manned Space Mission Program as two Astronaut Candidates, Khurram Daud and Muhammad Zeeshan Ali are set to depart for the People’s Republic of China to begin advanced astronaut training at the Astronaut Centre of China (ACC).
This is a significant step forward in Pakistan’s space exploration journey that positions the country in the community of a select group of nations actively engaged in human spaceflight programs.
Under this collaboration, Pakistan is preparing for its first-ever participation in a mission to the China Space Station (CSS).
The mission is currently planned for launch in late 2026, where a Pakistani astronaut will serve as a Payload Expert aboard the Shenzhen mission.
Throughout the Iran war, the quality of journalism across Pakistan’s electronic and social media has been deeply disappointing.
The same anchors and analysts who spend their time on domestic political debates are suddenly deployed to interpret complex international developments, often without the depth or context such issues demand.
This is precisely why they struggle to be taken seriously beyond our borders. Credibility in global discourse requires expertise, not just airtime.
I used to think financial journalism in Pakistan was the weakest link.
Recent events have shown that coverage of international affairs is no better, if anything, it may be worse.
We're not going to stop paying for SaaS to save a few bucks, we're gonna stop using it because it becomes a walled garden where we can't access our own information agentically. And now that we don't need most of the UX, much more of our data should just move to relational data stores to simplify building for agents and reduce the number of integrations required.
