@_julietelliott When I see patients who are struggling with squaring away rehab we often attach it to things they regularly do during the day. Might be making a cup of tea, brushing their teeth, etc etc. Don’t try to end game it, just aim for a little regularly & build volume from there.

@_julietelliott The only structures that need special attention are hip flexors/quads (specifically rec fem) because of the amount of time spent in hip flexion. Can only say a joint is functional if we can access full range. @thereadystate is worth checking out for some ideas.

@_julietelliott With cyclists, I’m more concerned about getting them to move through range of movement regularly rather than increasing length. That may be something like yoga (a high flow version) or strength training. Athlete’s got to enjoy it to get the adherence we want.
