From the reviews, @Hetzner_Online seem to be great for the cost but I think getting their services is extremely difficult based on some locations.

Hetzner is the poor man's cloud.

Yes, you get cheap pricing, but you also get a deactivation lottery where your account can be suspended at any time, unexplained server timeouts, and rude support agents.

Make better choices.
