🚨 Outsiders issuing ORDERS to open SBI branch on holidays

A CA firm conducting statutory audit mails a @TheOfficialSBI BM on 4th April directing them to open the branch on a holiday for audit work.

Since when did external auditors get the authority to override banking norms, security protocols and staff rights?

Opening a branch on a holiday is not just “adjustment” it is a serious security risk for cash, documents and officials.

For years, staff have been pressured to stretch beyond limits late nights, holidays and now even outsiders are dictating terms?

This is not audit. This is institutionalized harassment.

Fix the system. Respect rules. Respect staff.

हमें बैंक के कर्मचारियों की रिस्पेक्ट करनी चाहिए क्योंकि वे देश की आर्थिक व्यवस्था की रीढ़ हैं।

वे रोज़ाना करोड़ों लोगों के लेन-देन , पैसों की सुरक्षा और दस्तावेज़ों का सही रिकॉर्ड रखते हैं।
लंबी लाइनों, टेक्निकल दिक्कतों और टारगेट प्रेशर के बीच भी वे मुस्कुराकर सेवा देते हैं।

किसी भी संकट जैसे नोटबंदी , महामारी, या बाढ़ में वे अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर बैंकिंग सेवा जारी रखते हैं , ताकि लोगों के पैसों और जरूरतों में कोई रुकावट न आए।

उनके समय , मेहनत और जिम्मेदारी का सम्मान करना हमारा कर्तव्य है , क्योंकि बिना उनके मेहनती योगदान के अर्थव्यवस्था की धड़कन थम जाएगी।

Bank Clerk - 3 Lac
Bank Offciers - 4 Lac

Limit was set in 2015, and even after 10 years this is same. With 14% Medical Inflation this must be 11 Lac and 15Lac.
