I joined in ICSB2019 held in OIST on Nov 1-5 and reported the single-cell frequency response of intracellular signal transduction based on nonlinear system identification in poster presentation.
Hiroaki Kitano closing this year @icsb2019 with inspiring and visionary talk: Nobel Turing challenge is on! Thank you all for fantastic meeting at stunning @OISTedu!
The end of #icsb2019. Has been really wonderful to be here, getting inspired by exciting science and by Okinawa beautiful sea. Thank you @icsb2019 for a fantastic meeting and for having me!
On the last day (Nov 5) of #ICSB2019, we'll have two exciting plenary lectures.
- Hiroaki Kitano on Nobel Turing challenge: creating the engine for scientific discovery
- Silvia Santos on Our first choice: decoding signals during developmental transitions
Lots of interest and valuable feedback from the community during the poster session of #ICSB2019 to our work on #SBGN (the #sysbio graphical notation) and our new method GEM-Vis for visualizing metabolomic data in the context of metabolic network maps, see https://t.co/HyamQ9Z7L2
Jörm Starruß will present our work on ABC param fitting of Morpheus simulations @icsb2019 today in Tunnel Gallery 14:10-15:30: „Integrative worflow of modelling and parameter estimation for quantitative multicellular systems biology“.

My poster about the upcoming update to our Salmonella interaction database, SalmoNet, and how we use multilayered networks to understand Salmonella host adaptation.
I am very grateful I had the chance to present my results at this great @icsb2019 meeting
Reihaneh Mostolizadeh talking about our group's #sysbio research on developing a mathematical interaction model within the #microbiome of the human nose at #ISCB2019 in Okinawa @OISTedu within the session on #ecosystems#biology, which is chaired by Edda Klipp from #humboldtuni.
I participate in #ICSB2019.
I discussed on the cell image segmentation in the poster session
!!
Let’s discussing and enjoying coference!!
