Are the reccomended meals specifically the only type of carb you reccomend? What i mean is the meals listed include a specified high amount of rice or potatoes and an unspecified (for me it means implied low) dose of fruits. Can i swap the doses around or does it have far reaching consequences for the diet? (I enjoy high dose fruits 500g-1kg+ so that would be minimally invasive)

tbf i ran the numbers and it amounts to 24kWh per person in 2020. Since the delta is like 600-700W it points to ~0.9h per week per person of vacuuming. Not entirely unreasonable, but accounting for longer time spent vacuuming @ 900W and the fact that not everyone is vacuuming its kinda fake
