I still haven’t received refund of miles used to book that @AmericanAir flight. AA handed off to @AlaskaAir to handle as booked with Atmos. It’s been 2 wks. Point of story: AA - figure out a way to allow change of org/fest when weather delays happen. Alaska, refund me my miles.
Woke up at 3am to find out that my 6am GNV-ATL flight was delayed and I’d miss my connection. Booked using skymiles on @Delta. Was able to open app and immediately change my flights - had the option of changing origin and/or destination in order to get to where I need to go. 1/2
Chose to fly on a 6am out TLH. I arrive at my destination same time as originally scheduled, no issues. Contrast w/@AmericanAir flight 2 wks ago where same situation happened w/weather delays. Not allowed to change origin/destination. 2/3
Every time I book an @AmericanAir flight, I live to regret it. Why can’t you change origin/destination on award travel when the change is being asked for due to SIGNIFICANT delays? Absolutely absurd and no regard for the customer experience. Do better.
American Exceptionalism? We’ve coasted on that reputation for so long that the rest of the world surpassed us. And instead of promoting future forward initiatives, we’re passing legislation and laws that are putting us even further behind…by all measurements.
Spent a few days at the World Expo in Japan - if you don’t know what this is but you know the concept of EPCOT, this is real life way bigger EPCOT. Biggest lesson of #expo2025 - The US is living in the dark ages when compared to literally almost every country in the world. 1/2
@Uber_Support I tried this and got the same message as I did last time. That a refund/price adjustment can’t be made and that you’d reach out to the driver to see if they are okay.
Hey @Uber I was charged full price for a trip from point a to point b but my driver experienced a flat tire midway and I had to call for another driver and pay them their full fee too. I requested a fare review/adjustment and it was denied with no explanation given. Help!
@Delta absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that i and my companion Paid for comfort+ and then got numbed to economy on a flight that was delayed. We’re two gates down and there was no notification outside the usual ‘we’re looking forward to welcoming you soon…’ #delta#boycottdelta
By simpler, apparently @Delta means stripped of value. They have consistently devalued their rewards program, but this is a huge hit to once loyal customers. Will start flying other airlines when possible and switching to a stronger credit card. 👎🏼
How much business will @Delta and @AskAmex lose to other airlines and @ChaseSupport with these new Sky Club rules go into effect? With similar fees and @prioritypasscom privileges, the value of the Sapphire Reserve card is way higher than any Delta cobranded Amex.
@thepointsguy Is it time to quit @Delta@DeltaNewsHub? For a long time I considered this the best airline with the best customer experience, especially for loyal members and even more so for those with cobranded @AskAmex cards. These changes make those exorbitant fees not worth it.
