@RampCapitalLLC Change your metric from number of hours slept to not suffering in bed. If you can't sleep, get out of bed and come back only when you can calm yourself a bit. Google sleep restriction therapy or CBT-I. Good sleep hygiene alone is not enough to overcome insomnia or anxiety.
