@AlexCTaliadoros The DC DMV wasn’t great 20-or-so years ago, but the city made a conscious effort to make it work better, and it’s paid off. I’m pleasantly surprised by how efficient the process is to get things done there now.

@danielahanley This is a bad take. If you dealt with HSR filings earlier (say, as in-house counsel), preparing a filing under the new form will be more burdensome. This isn’t “complaining,” it’s setting expectations when firms need to fill out the new form.
