My flight is scheduled at 04:50 PM. I made the booking at around 11:00 AM through Goibibo, but the booking is still not confirmed. Instead, it is showing a refund.

I made payment at 11:26 AM (14 April), but ticket was issued at 3:35 PM for a 4:50 PM flight. By the time I received it, the gate was already closed & I missed my flight.
This delay is completely unacceptable & not my fault
