@muftisalman_ को मोडासा में दर्ज किए कथित भड़काऊ भाषण के मामलों में कोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई, लेकिन मौलाना मुफ्ती के खिलाफ PASA (Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, Gujarat) की कार्रवाई किए जाने से उनकी रिहाई नहीं हो पाई। मौलाना को अब नई कार्रवाई के बाद वडोदरा जेल में रखा जाएगा।

गुजरात असामाजिक गतिविधियों की रोकथाम अधिनियम (PAASA) 1985 प्रशासन को सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा बनाए रखने के लिए बूटलेगर्स, खतरनाक व्यक्तियों, नशीली दवाओं के अपराधियों, अनैतिक तस्करी अपराधियों और संपत्ति हड़पने वालों को निवारक हिरासत के तहत लेने की अनुमति देता है।

गुजरात पुलिस ने #Mufti_Salman_Azhari के खिलाफ यह कार्रवाई मोडासा कोर्ट द्वारा जमानत दिए जाने के बाद की। जूनागढ़ पुलिस की लोकल क्राइम ब्रांच (LCB) ने जिला कलेक्टर के आदेश को दिखाते मुफ्ती सलमान अजहरी को अरेस्ट कर लिया। एलसीबी के इंस्पेक्टर जतिन पटेल ने कहा कि मुफ्ती के खिलाफ यह कार्रवाई पास के तहत की गई है। उन्हें वडोदरा सेंट्रल जेल में रखा जाएगा। मौलाना सलमान अजहरी के खिलाफ गुजरात में कुल तीन FIR दर्ज की गई थी।

मुफ्ती सलमान अजहरी के खिलाफ पासा की कार्रवाई होने के मुद्दे पर महाराष्ट्र #AIMIM के नेता और पूर्व विधायक @warispathan ने कहा, हम कोशिश करेंगे कि वे जल्द छूट जाएंगे। पठान ने कहा कि मुफ्ती और उनके भाई लोगों से दुआ करने की अपील की है।

Something people don’t discuss seeing hospitals, overwhelmed and falling apart because of the virus was truly apocalyptic to witness. It just shows you how this country has invested in the healthcare of the American people.

our politicians continue to support whatever agendas are necessary in order to stay in power even with old age and incompetency their ego triumphs, and power is all they want look at Joe Biden, who is supporting genocide for tens of thousands of innocent Palestinians, and the guys of a failing campaign and the fear of losing reelection. The Republican party, particularly Trump. I have more faith will not put the interest for nations before the interest of his own country and American patriots.
