Attorney Terrance Kinnard discusses a federal lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court on behalf of Ivoré Westfield, Rachel Harding. The women filed an excessive force lawsuit against four IMPD officers captured on video using batons and pepper balls to subdue one of them.

Unsure how @Computershare Specialized Loan Company is still in business. They get hit w/ $1.5M fees for being shady AF/ fraudulent AND swindle / ruin customers’ credit scores. I had to file a complaint with my Attorney General to fight this awful company. Still issues. I’m out.

Two months post-fix, they’re back to ruining my credit w/ incorrect allocations and fees. Refinance. This company is shady!
