In regards to ITB adipose compression I'm not sure there is a relationship to femoral anteversion.

Certainly, loads are applied when hip, knee and ankle less flexed.The lower limb is 'stiffer'.

Reduction in knee flex at mid stance (running) should reduce ITB fat compression. 2/2
