@danielrupawalla 100% agree. i think the main challenge with actual enterprises (and not tech-natives like Ramp etc) is not the product, but navigating GTM. i also think medium-large companies are overlooked and will be easier to enter

Though I'd watch at the click level, resolving a ticket and over-granting permissions produce the same trace. An agent that invites a customer with full access looks exactly like an agent that invites a customer with too much access.
