Here’s the craziest story you probably never even heard about

Harvard agreed to pay out $53 million to the families of people who donated their bodies to science after the morgue manager got caught selling pieces of the bodies on the black market.

This man was selling everything from skin to be tanned and turned into leather for book covers to whole damn heads and faces to be used for shelf decoration.

It was part of this nationwide sting on the “oddities black market” where these weirdos in Pennsylvania were sourcing these body parts from Harvard and a mortuary in Arkansas.

The Harvard guy got busted in 2023 shortly after the ring leader in Pennsylvania got busted but I didn’t see in any of the DOJ case updates where any of the buyers for this stuff were arrested… which is disturbing to say the least
