Video models are becoming world simulators which will eventually be robot brains. DreamZero and now with Sora team at OpenAI becoming robotics team confirms that robotics may now scale like LLMs did. We’re in for a wild ride.

Most project docs are written for people who are not you. READMEs are for strangers. PRDs are for teams. PR descriptions are for reviewers. CHANGELOGs are for users. Roadmaps are for stakeholders.
But if you’re building with AI, most of that is theater. You don’t need docs. You need memory.
