Draw the red line for Gaza, next Sunday 7th of September 14:00h in Brussels. Stop the non-sense humanitarian crimes and the silence from the International community.
Finally accepted in Stem Cells! Our work shows the effect of SARS-CoV2 infection in the brain using human brain organoids.

Here comes the tweetorial of our recent work in the preprint https://t.co/T6DCMKbAT7, where we present first draft of human neural organoid cell atlas HNOCA, by integrating 1.8 million cells from scRNA-seq data sets representing 26 different neural #Organoids protocols
There are now hundreds of genes associated with autism & neurodevelopmental disorders but what
key processes in brain development they each disrupt remains unknown.
In an article in @Nature today, we start tackling this question by combining forebrain #assembloids with CRISPR screens to map >400 disease genes onto stages of human cortical interneuron development.
Using engineered lines, regionalized neural #organoids and over 1,000
#assembloids, we discovered a group of disease genes that interfere with GABAergic neuron generation or migration, including some surprising disease mechanisms. Check out the video below for details.
This work was led by the fearless @XianglingM in the lab!!

Do you want to apply for a Marie Curie fellowship, to do a postdoc in a cool lab in Barcelona. Join us, I’m recruiting a Marie Curie candidate! We have quite cool to work with brain organoids and the neurodev enhancerome in the lab waiting for you! Look how cool we are
Hello world, ONE is here... I am happy to share with you a new technology —termed #ONE_Microscopy, that allows a resolution approaching ~8 Å using conventional light microscopy.
