@sarahgirlwonder @zozo1976 @dfat Good to know. My kids' new passport arrived, but 1 kid's renewal hasn't come. 6 wks yesterday. Call centre said although I lodged it on 12th, they received it 17th, so it's 6 wks from 17th! First I've heard of that! So frustrating my adult one is 8wks+ & no sign of it.

@story_of_geege @Sole51697162 @dfat @myse21ke I was sent it by the call centre. Was waiting for 3hrs to be answered, after waiting nearly a week to get thru. I can't find it online, but it's just a credit card auth form with a title note saying for passport priority processing.

@Sole51697162 @dfat @myse21ke Let me answer this given the dfat account only repeats the same msg. You can make it express and pay only the additional fee. But, u need to fill a special form. They need to send it to u. Had to wait many days + 3 hrs on phone for someone to tell me this!

@FnMitchy @AustraliaPs5 Change your suburb (I tried 2112) - that worked for me for standard edition. Like 2 mins ago.
