@Tataev 98200-00571 the car has finally been towed to Trident Kurla, Mumbai service center.I was told by call center it will need to be taken to that centre without checking if the mechanic is available. He is on weekly off 2day.Common sense is missing while sticking to the process

Nexon electric facelist delivered on 15/10/23,showed yesterday night - "Battery critical Failure, please evacuate car immediately" The service call center doesnt have any information of the customer details.
