If anything they kind of imply Trump helped put a stop to it by informing police in the mid 2000's, due to thinking Epstein was a weirdo after being around him a bit. If it takes 4 or more times to impeach someone, they probably aren't worth it. All it does is waste time that can be spent doing their job. Is it that hard to just wait 2 years?
