@gayaradesilva@DiazPharsh4206@NewsWireLK The Estate people may look poor but the ones who are behind this 'Malayaga' project arent. If anyone settled in someone else's homeland, they should adjust to the native culture without forming ethnic ghettos that work for larger imperialist ambitions.
@gayaradesilva@DiazPharsh4206@NewsWireLK You are clueless. These people are used for larger Tamil nationalist and more correctly imperialistic agendas. Why do you think they come up with a name like Malayaga? They are targeting another Tamil nationalist movement in the central regions.
@sudahtibamasa@slnat21@DiazPharsh4206 Why? Are you incapable of reading and general comprehension ability. It says defeat of Tamil Nazi proj is not a genocide and that Sinhalese were defending themselves from a Nazi like Tamil nationalism which even deny their right to exist.
Sri Lanka is legit cooked 🇱🇰
The country's population has been shrinking since 2022 now, even its natural population growth is collapsing
Sinhalese dominated districts ☸️
2023: 39,239
2025: 18,798
Tamil dominated districts 🐅
2023: 20,653
2025: 17,375
Muslim dominated Ampara ☪️

These Sea Kanglus will enter negative population growth before 2030 at this trajectory
Colombo will probably start shrinking by 2027 itself
> Sri Lanka has one of the highest rates of emigration in the world 🇱🇰
> There are more Sri Lankans in Australia than Bangladeshis/Pakistanis 🇧🇩🇵🇰
> Emigration of Sea Kanglus is so high that Tamils have become minority among Sri Lankans there now 🐅
> Emigration of males is so high that the country has an excess of female population now 👩
> Sri Lanka's population has been shrinking since 2022 now 🔻
2022: 22.181M
2023: 22.037M
2024: 21.916M
2025: 21.756M
This is utter nonsense.
D.B.S. is an anti-LTTE journalist, and besides him there are no other credible sources regarding this, not even within the LTTE itself, nor among Tamil journalists who had a closer relationship with Anton Balasingham than D.B.S.
The countries that D.B.S. mentioned had already united and had been backing Sri Lanka for decades against the Tamil Tigers.
Whether the LTTE would have acted differently or not would have been irrelevant, as their support against the Tamil Tigers was primarily driven by geopolitical and strategic interests on the island, such as the Trincomalee port.
During the last peace process, the LTTE did everything in its power to sustain peace: adhering to a ceasefire that Sri Lanka repeatedly violated, proposing federalism and regional autonomy instead of a separate state, participating in parliament through the Tamil National Alliance, and establishing ties with Sinhalese people in the south.
Here is Anton Balasingham talking about the shrewd politics of Sri Lankan politicians during the ceasefire, and about how federalism was impossible because they remained entrenched in the Sinhala-Buddhist nationalist doctrine.
@xcsamixvi You are India's diaspora. You came from India, you are now robbing native Sinhala homelands. So your country men in your real homeland support you.
@kolappan Jeyaraj was an anti-LTTE journalist, which is why he’s popular among the establishment media. This alleged quote doesn’t match Balasingham’s own public statements in London shortly before he died. He warned that political solution was a deception.

@saravedi_7@thimiraonline Sinhala was the original name of the island. So natives of Sinhala island were called Sinhala people. The language of Sinhala island was called Sinhala lang. And Tamil does not have a long history. Before 7th century, there was no Tamil.
@saravedi_7@thimiraonline Because Tamil is a recent 19th century identity. There were no Tamils in any part of the world, before Orientalists created 'Tamils'. Be4 that, south India had caste identities. And vrios caste groups that migrated to SL have been absorbed to Sinhala communuty.
