@Pret I was at your Heathrow Terminal 5 branch at 6.30am today, and the lady who served me had overfilled my cup of tea. The lid was partially cracked on the side as well. So, some tea overspilled as I was making my way to the gates, and burnt my hand, really not impressed.

@Gatwick_Airport Airport has no information on when the terminal will reopen. You’re asking us to check the status of our flights with the airlines, but presumably the airlines need confirmation from the airport first. So, we end up with no information.
