We’re beyond proud to announce that one of our own, Dr. Adams Adeiza, has just been appointed as an Associate Professor at MILA University, Malaysia! 🎓🇲🇾 This is no small feat—he’s one of the few Ebira sons making such huge waves on the international stage, and we couldn't be prouder!

Before moving to Malaysia in 2020, Dr. Adams was already making a massive impact back home. He spent 14 years as a Lecturer at Dangote Business School, Bayero University Kano, teaching entrepreneurship and leadership. But beyond the classroom, he was deeply involved in community development projects, working closely with international development agencies like DFID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the US Embassy, helping to deliver life-changing socio-economic intervention programs to benefit communities across Nigeria. 🌍✨

His incredible contributions have not gone unnoticed. Dr. Adams has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)'s Young Manager of the Year, Center for Values in Leadership's Young Leader of the Year, YouWiN Enterprise Awards, and the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, awarded by President Obama. 🏆🙌

In Malaysia, Dr. Adams has taken his expertise and leadership to even greater heights. As Director of Executive Education at the University of Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), he secured training grants and delivered programs for top government officials. He also established one of the few campus-based tech startup labs in Malaysia as the Director of the Global Entrepreneurship Research and Innovation Center. 🔥

Dr. Adams also works closely with the Malaysian Prime Minister’s Office, assisting them in delivering a series of high-level leadership development programs for Senior Public Servants across the country. His contributions have played a key role in enhancing the leadership capacity of Malaysia's public service elite. 🇲🇾💼

He’s also the Vice-President at Kuala Lumpur Business and TVET Institute (KLTVET), where he helps design and roll out cutting-edge programs to prepare young people for the challenges of the 21st century. And as a Senior Fellow on Policy and Industry Engagement at the prestigious Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute (ASLI), Dr. Adams supports top-tier policy development that shapes the future of Malaysia and the region. 🌍✨

Despite being far from home, Dr. Adams has never forgotten his roots. He was instrumental in developing Nigeria’s 2021-2025 Medium Term National Development Plan and Nigeria Agenda 2050. He’s worked with the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC) on entrepreneurship curriculum development and serves as a Senior Fellow on Digital Economy at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). He’s also helping Jigawa State as a Senior Policy Consultant. 🇳🇬💼

Dr. Adams is the perfect example of someone who carries his community with him no matter where he goes. He’s making a huge impact in Malaysia while still giving back to Nigeria. We couldn’t be more proud of how he’s representing Ebiraland and Kogi State on the international stage. 🌟

Let’s celebrate this great son of the soil for his incredible achievements and the positive impact he continues to make both at home and abroad. Ebira to the world! 🌍👏🏾
