Hi @tarunsmehta after a long wait and the trails which I have done with multiple EV scooters in the market I have selected ather 450X to go with. I booked an apex but gone ahead with 450X. The only problem for me is the seat if I take this out for a family ride. Now you have solved that issue with RIZTA. Can you plllllease give me an option to get my 450X back and get the new RIZTA, which shall solve my problem. (I have only done 150KM) Hoping that you shall do this!! Thanks in advance

@Uber_Support my account is locked for a silly reason that I have selected card as mode of payment and gave cash to the driver. Can’t you guys just talk to the driver whether this amount is paid and knock off the amount pending in my account. Not able to use uber pls help

@Uber_Support while scheduling the cab I have selected the payment method as card and I have paid in cash. Now it shows pending payment.
