Flare Smart Accounts v1.3 lets a single XRP transaction carry both the payment and an instruction for what should happen next.

You sign once on XRPL, FDC attests that the XRPL transaction occurred, FAssets uses that attestation to mint the corresponding FXRP, and your linked smart account executes the instruction, such as depositing the FXRP into a yield vault.

The XRPL transaction effectively authorizes the whole flow, so the user doesn’t need a separate EVM wallet, gas token, or second signature.
