No excuse not to have life by the balls
By 30 (latest) you should’ve figured out how to:
> make a few mil
> talk to girls
> make friends
> find your purpose
> have fun & make lifelong memories
> get a 6 pack & look amazing
When you’re living a great life &
ripped, handsome, successful, confident, charismatic, & magnetic
World is really your oyster at that point
How are you not waking up excited?
I'm convinced that 99% of success is just working in a flow state for 4 hours a day. The person who can stay off their phones and away from notifications will absolutely crush it.
There is a certain type of person everywhere now, especially online.
He consumes endless information every day: philosophy, psychology, productivity, spirituality, neuroscience, business, self-improvement, history.
He knows a little about everything and deeply experiences almost nothing.
His entire identity becomes built around understanding instead of living.
He watches videos about confidence instead of speaking confidently. Reads about discipline instead of becoming disciplined. Studies relationships instead of learning how to love. Consumes motivational content instead of taking action.
He feels intelligent because he is constantly mentally stimulated. But stimulation is not transformation.
Most of the time, knowledge becomes emotional protection. Reality is unpredictable. Reality humiliates. Reality exposes weakness. Books and ideas do not.
Inside information, he can continue imagining himself as intelligent, deep, insightful, different from ordinary people. So he remains trapped in preparation.
He constantly feels as if he is "becoming" someone, while his real life remains strangely untouched. He develops sophisticated language for problems he never confronts directly. He can explain human behavior beautifully while being unable to handle ordinary discomfort, rejection, uncertainty, loneliness, or risk.
He slowly turns life into observation instead of participation.
The internet rewards this personality heavily. He receives validation for sounding aware rather than becoming capable.
Eventually, he begins confusing self-analysis with growth and information with wisdom.
But beneath the intelligence usually exists the same thing: fear. Fear of failure. Fear of embarrassment. Fear of reality answering back.
Because action destroys fantasy. The moment he truly acts, he can no longer hide inside potential.
The fastest way to turn into a NPC is to fill every moment of stillness with audio books, podcasts, CEO interviews, tweets, threads, and YouTube videos.
The fastest way to turn into the Main Character is to spend more time in stillness and give yourself 4 hours to create.
Give yourself permission to be cringe. Post on the internet. Upload that video. Do something, anything for the first time, and be okay with looking like like a fool. To become great at anything, you need to be bad at first. So put yourself out there and be fucking cringe.
This applies to many niche skills. I didn’t learn astrophotography from school, I learned it by getting my hands dirty & spent every night learning how NOT to do it.
If you want to do something, just start doing it. Waiting for someone to teach you might leave you with nothing.
High-agency is contagious. You spend time around someone who just does things and suddenly your own list of "impossible" tasks starts looking suspiciously possible.
Men basically have two choices. Extreme discipline now or extreme pain in a few years. Unfortunately the brain isn't really hardwired for long-term thinking. So most men fail at this test.
You really don't have unlimited time. There is basically 20 years from 20-40 where you want everything to happen: 1) social circle, 2) money and 3) international travel to see the world
At middle age no one respects the dude still trying to "figure it out". Everyone knows.
How to tell if you've found your "thing"
- You instantly absorb anything you read on the subject
- You stay up late working on it (without effort)
- You can perform better on it at 60% than others at 100%
- It doesn't drain you, but rather gives you energy
- You end up doing it without being prompted
Play to you, work to others. Don't waste your time dedicating yourself to something you're bad at. Work hard at games you're uniquely suited to win. You can and should take every unfair advantage you have access to
What quitting porn actually does to you:

- You become someone who keeps promises to himself
