@easyJet good morning! You cancelling our flight and making us fly home to a different airport has ruined our holiday and meant we’ve lost a day of our trip. How can we be reimbursed for this?

@EdiAirport @AerLingus @SwissportBags flew into Edinburgh on the 18:50 from Belfast and for once i landed early but it took 45 minutes for the bags to arrive?! Anyone able to explain why this is such a shambles?! This has also meant it’s cost me a fortune in drop off charge!!!

@TPEassist hi! I’m on the 16:21 Manchester Piccadilly to Edinburgh but once the everyone was on the train, they announced that they have changed the destination and the train is actually going to Glasgow instead! What train are we meant to get from Preston to Edi?!

@EE @bt_uk hi! I received my new handset and sim for moving my contract over from BT to EE but the EE sim doesn’t seem to be activated as there is no network showing so don’t know how long it will be before i can get my number transferred! Had the new phone on since 6pm!
