There really is NO comparison between Gurgaon and Noida.

Noida is superior in almost every metric that actually affects your routine daily life: roads, drainage, planning, traffic, public spaces, connectivity, basic infrastructure and general liveability.

Gurgaon is “better” at a few things: nightlife, restaurants, corporate glitz, perhaps the social scene. Great if those are your priorities. (Noida has improved).

But for the 'boring stuff; that determines whether a city makes your life easier or harder every single day, Noida wins comfortably. No competition.
