Have you seen the courtroom testimony of UÇK commander Ismet Tara? He rejected a document attributed to him, declaring: “This is not my writing, this is not my document and this is not my signature. Someone has falsified this document.”
When a witness openly disowns a document presented in his name and alleges that it was falsified, its origin and authenticity must be thoroughly and transparently investigated. After witnessing latest videos, I no longer have confidence in this court neither should have international community who is funding it.
@SpecialChambers Judges and prosecutors will have justice soon. Absolutely shocking…..
⬇️
What I have watched is deeply shocking.
The RTK recording appears to show individuals accused of working for Serbia’s BIA attempting to manufacture witnesses and offering money for false testimony against the KLA. Three suspected operatives were caught but how many others succeeded without being exposed?
This raises an urgent question: did falsified documents, fabricated testimony or intelligence supplied through Serbian security structures enter the files used by the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office or the Kosovo Specialist Chambers? If so, who verified that material, and why was its origin not exposed?
There are also serious allegations concerning Judge Charles Smith, including claims of political interference, offensive remarks about the KLA and possible connections to Serbian interests. Former EULEX judge Malcolm Simmons submitted documents alleging political interference in sensitive cases, while journalist Milaim Zeka and others claim to possess documents and audio recordings implicating judges, prosecutors and former EULEX officials. These allegations remain unproven but they are far too serious to ignore.
This demands an independent and transparent investigation. Every document, witness payment, intelligence source and chain of custody connected to Serbia’s BIA must be examined. The public must be told whether fabricated Serbian material influenced investigations, indictments or judgments against Hashim Thaçi and the other former KLA leaders.
If authentic evidence proves that proceedings were manipulated, predetermined or built upon manufactured testimony, this would not merely be a judicial mistake. It would represent a betrayal of justice, Kosovo and the democratic values of the West and possible criminal misconduct by people entrusted with enforcing the law.
Watch the video. Examine Malcolm Simmons’s documents. Secure and authenticate the alleged recordings. Publish every verifiable fact.
These accusations are too serious to dismiss but also too serious to declare proven without an independent investigation. Justice cannot survive secrecy, political interference or fabricated evidence. The truth must now be established publicly and lawfully.

@MartaKosEU Just two days ago, you tried to defend people who glorified a convicted war criminal, and now you lecture us about justice and those who fought to defend their people and their basic rights? If you had even a little dignity, you would stand with us against these injustices!!
President @ZelenskyyUa, the child in this photograph is me. I was almost six years old.
My family had just reached Albania after being forced from our home in Kosovo by Serbian forces.
An Open Letter to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy
For the first time in days, I was resting, not only from the exhaustion of walking, but because I finally felt a little safer. I could no longer see Serbian soldiers pointing weapons at us.
A few days earlier, while we were fleeing alongside many other families, Serbian forces forced us into the courtyard of a church, as they were preparing to execute us.
One Serbian soldier held a knife to my face.
I was six years old.
During those days, I watched my father carry his elderly mother on his back. I walked past the bodies of murdered Albanians while surrounded by Serbian soldiers, weapons and tanks.
Thousands of civilians were killed during the war in Kosovo. Children, women and elderly people were among the victims. Thousands suffered sexual violence. To this day, Serbia has never fully confronted these crimes, while senior officials continue to deny or minimise them.
But Kosovo survived.
Kosovo became independent.
Ukraine still does not recognize our country.
And yet, when Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Kosovo did not ask whether Ukraine recognised us before deciding which side we were on.
Kosovo stood with Ukraine.
We imposed sanctions on Russia. Ukrainian flags filled our cities. Kosovo provided humanitarian and financial assistance, welcomed Ukrainian journalists, and helped train Ukrainian personnel in demining.
A small and young country did what it could to support a country that still does not recognise its existence.
Do you know why?
Because we know what it means to be the victim of aggression.
We know what it means to have someone try to erase your country, your identity and your right to exist.
Kosovars understood Ukrainians instinctively.
We tried to understand even when Kosovo was left outside meetings and initiatives involving other countries in our region.
But hearing you speak about Kosovo as if it were part of Serbia, while standing alongside Aleksandar Vučić, who once served as Slobodan Milošević’s Minister of Information, is deeply painful and profoundly disappointing.
Serbia has maintained close ties with Russia for years.
And the International Court of Justice concluded that Kosovo’s declaration of independence did not violate international law.
I do not expect Ukraine to “reward” Kosovo because we supported you.
That is not the point.
I expected something much simpler: that a country fighting for its own freedom, sovereignty and right to exist would understand another people who fought for exactly the same things.
President Zelenskyy, Kosovo is an independent state whether Ukraine recognises it today or not.
And despite this disappointment, I still hope Ukraine remains an independent state too.
I hope Ukraine survives aggression and brutality, just as Kosovo did.
Because freedom should not depend on who is asking for it.
When Serbian Government Minister Snežana Paunović presents ethnic cleansing as a political solution, she is not speaking for a Serbia on the path to the European Union, but for the ideology of the wars of the 1990s.
To Our Dearest General Wesley Clark,
As an Albanian woman, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your incredible decisions and actions during the Kosovo conflict to end the ethnic cleansing of albanians. For helping us in our darkest hours that we were living.
Your commitment to justice brought hope and freedom to our people. You will always be a hero in our hearts, and we admire you deeply for your support.
Thank you for making such a profound difference in our lives.
