My most successful Facebook ad wasn’t flashy.
It started with a simple question:
“Why is [problem] still ruining your [day/life/goal]?”
Here’s why it worked:
I ran ads for a weight-loss supplement and noticed customers weren’t engaging with "Feel better fast!" hooks.
So I dug into reviews and found something powerful:
People weren’t looking for better—they were looking for freedom from guilt.
I reframed the message:
“Why does guilt follow every meal?”
Pairing this with relatable imagery (family dinners, snacking) made the ad hit home.
CTR jumped by 60%, CVR by 35%, and ROAS climbed to 4.7.
Sometimes, the biggest wins come from emotional nuance.
The better you understand the real pain, the more your ads will resonate.
nah that’s cus we can Google ads for a short while then turned it off so Google transparency shows that now forever.
anyway regarding that whole thing, i’ve got my own reasons for it. Most people who’ve dmed me saying i was sick actually end up understanding. If you wanna ask me about it feel free to DM
