An absolute delight to have presented my research at Urban ARC with a wonderful set of co-panellists, and looking forward to incorporate the many thought-provoking questions and comments into future work!
@cini_india The last stretch begins with Panel 13: Shifting Urban Realities, chaired by @GautamBhan80
Discussions unpacked:
• Castelessness in Bengaluru’s gated communities
• Urban governance during armed conflicts in Mozambique
• Accessibility challenges for disabled communities
Happy Constitution Day, friends. Remember Babasaheb's advice that only the people can save the Constitution and not vice versa. Let us continue to struggle against unfreedom and inequalities and make the world a fairer place.

My home city Delhi is preparing for G20 world leaders by erasing from their view the working poor, by large scale demolitions of slums & homeless shelters, or by screens to hide slums. The working poor build & run the city. I'm ashamed of a govt that's ashamed of its working poor
A searing analysis of caste privilege and its reproduction in higher education. Reminder of why we need more engagement with caste as a savarna problem. Thanks @ProfRavikantK for your sharp commentary as always! https://t.co/jaCDJoWlHj

But Uncle next door is sad that he can't drink his whisky and enjoy the rain anymore.
