@ViCustomerCare I am having a prepaid Vodafone number for the last 21 years. Due to certain unforseen circumstances I had asked for a new sim with the same no at your Vodafone store. The lady was very helpful but she said that I can only get a post paid sim with the same no.

@MobiKwikSWAT The escalation matrix as mentioned in your website has been strictly followed without any revert from any of the departments viz fraud alerts, customers care, grievance team , nodal officer. Since I have not received any revert from any deptI will be complaining to RBI Ombudsman.
