@Ryanair@ryanair v stressful check in for flight FR6551. Checked in 1 case of 20kg. Booked 2 x 10kg and pooled - fine on outward flight. Today told can't pool & must pay more or check 2nd bag. Ended up having to check handbag. My car keys, cards and money are all in bag!!

Appalled at @nationalexpress after a dreadful Wakefield to Colchester journey last week. My elderly parents were stranded for hours at Stansted. No replacement bus. Initially no agreement to get taxis. Eventually left with a walk across town at 10.30pm. Disgraceful.

@tescomobile have taken their appalling customer service to new heights today. After no phone service since end of Aug, I finally got a letter offering resolution and asking me to call. I call and after lots of qus was told they can't resolve it over the phone. Never use them.
@tescomobile continues to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Having failed to provide me with phone service for almost 2 months, they now tell me I have to pay £184 to leave my contract and go elsewhere. Furious is an understatement.
@tescomobile the charade continues and another month goes by with no outgoing calls and no number transfer. Never ever use Tesco mobile they are beyond bad.
