@1sPlaza@claystaggs Note days I eat the creami I’m usually 100-200 calories more than normal but they’re mainly from protein that’s in the creami. Lower carb/higher protein day with slightly higher cals
@1sPlaza@claystaggs It’s crazy bc most of the time my last meal is post workout meal on lift days at 8pm (Dinner) When I don’t lift I move my Dinner up to 6pm and have a creami at 8-8:30. That takes place of the PW meal if normally have at 3:30-4. Lose weight every time. Same goes for yogurt too
@1sPlaza@DigitalFringed1 This is what the wife does. It’s a decent alternative I guess. I prefer the taste of my food though not ranch. Call me old fashioned haha
