@Austen I hate being a negative nancy but I guess now is the time to speak up.

The leadership program should be voluntary, especially for part-time students. The TL program should come back in some capacity.

My other complaint is that so far Labs just feels like a waste of time to me.

@Austen Maybe I shouldn't say Labs feels like a waste of time but wasn't as productive as I had hoped? I kept hearing it's comparable to a 6-month internship but it didn't feel like that. I felt like we could've been given more direction and it felt very hands-off.
