It's been past two weeks, the road has been digged and not properly leveled and that stupid people who did the work didn't even properly remove debris

Tried NCMC and Namma BMTC 2.0 app
NCMC worked seamlessly. The interesting part was conductors were much excited to try the NCMC payment

Mobile app 2.0 has simple and clean UI and tried mobile ticket, it worked really well

Flyover entry at 6:15pm and exit at 6:40pm and another 5mins to cross signal. Total 30mins
Traffic from Mantri junction. The road has already lot of patch work, some place surface already gone..

As a customer, I have two Important Suggestions:

- Most Indians have Wifi access. Senior Citizens use Wifi mostly. Please provide an affordable 1 GB per day plan with options to choose (28 days onwards). Also a yearly plan.

- Provide affordable Voice only plans for less than ₹100 every month. Anything above this is forcing people to take data, even if they don't need it.

There are many who use only voice and also less than 1 GB per day. Need inclusive plans. Let users decide.
