@ScrumAtMe_Rugby Choose the one sport that actually produces, and bitch about quotas. We win, almost all the time. Keep that shit out of our game. Winning only produces one colour….. gold.
@Alten_duPlessis@CaptSpringbok Why have we only heard of his ill discipline now? After so many years at the sharks. Why has he never had discipline issues when he was at the Bulls, Stormers and with the Boks? Look how well Orie did once he came to Cape Town. Adre Smith is another example.
@DSMab2011@scrumming_ten@dcron911 For the simple fact that only once we received readmission to sport, only then were we fully inclusive of all South Africans. You are obviously looking for a race baiting conversation.
@Thuso1Africa@Newzroom405 I have also adopted that point of view. South Africans also don’t need handouts from me, so I stopped giving to charities, beggars, unofficial car guards etc. They can now look to our government to help them. My money will only be invested where me or my family benefit.
@jaredwright17 Probably the only time his upright approach to carrying the ball actually worked. In 2025 he has been average at best, permanently flirting with the offside rule and chases the high ball, after that he dissappears.
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala I live in a community where people stand together and take security very seriously, we cannot rely on SAPS amd we know it. Each person looks out for the next. So my wish is that all people can do so to better all communities. We might not agree, but I respect you and your views.
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala A safe township.... for who is it safe? Who are the ward councillors in those wards that don't speak up? Lets not pretend that you cant even safely drive a toyota anywhere is JHB. In Cape Town both my toyotas stand outside, not gated nothing. So CPT must be doing something right.
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala Clean audits, money owed, infrastructure expenditures, safety, service delivery etc. You can say all you want about services in townships, it is still not the responsibility of the DA to provide housing, water, electricity or safety. It remains that of the ANC's responsibility
@RobynRKessler@saauser101@JordiGriff@geordinhl Water, housing and electricity all falls under the national government... so @ANCParliament why have they not received houses? How many houses could have been built with the money in Ramaphosa's couch?
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala JHB has more than 4 times the amount of Metro officers compared to CPT.... so why are they so ineffective? Is it a culture of lawlessness that has been brewing for to long? All I know is that CPT is miles ahead of the rest of the country, not perfect, but miles ahead.
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala What allowed the JHB CBD to regress they way it did? Crime in JHB spiralled out of control years ago. It could have been prevented and kept at a manageable level. But now its too late and far too severe for Metro police officers. Its like sticking a plaster on a slit throat
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala They should, yes, but what allows you to think that they would succeed in doing so? Which sector under National Government is successful? Or even profitable?
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala As they should! It generates income and jobs. You are expecting the CoCT to solve a problem that is the responsibility of the national government. If something hinders you business' profitability, do you solve the problem? Or do you try and save your neighbours' problem 1st?
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala Because CPT generates income through tourism, therefore the CoCT makes sure that it is safe, otherwise tourism would decrease. If that happens, then jobs will be lost at an alarming rate amd an entire sector will die.
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala They have used our tax money(yours included) to buy 30+ air crafts, of which only 2 are operational. but you are expecting the Metro police to solve a problem. Metro police should purely help areas from decaying further and save the little good we have.
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala So the COCT should solve a national problem with a understaffed and ill equipped unit. Should metro police fight gangsterism with pepper spray en a 9mm... no armoured vehicles? We have 69000+ SANDF employees.... what are they doing everyday? They don't protect our borders....
@guevara28_che@pommieP1@AxolileNotywala Policing falls under national government. Why was the SANDF in Gongo? Why were they not deployed to the Cape Flats? The one time they were deployed there, killing was at a all time low... so why remove them? What does the SANDF do now?
