I don’t get it when B2B is described as ‘emotionless’ or ‘sterile’.
These are products that cost a crap ton of money and can affect the day-to-day of literally thousands of people. That’s a lot of responsibility for a buyer to take on.

@gdavies2 Great article and completely agree, however for a lot of business, B2B and B2C, you still have to win over the head at some point. So the best scenario is perhaps telling a story that leads with emotion and ends with the products features/benefits?
