I particularly enjoyed the conversation around public sector and AI with @ShaffyDG @count_makewords and Emily last week. So many use cases in education and health/social care, but a gap around governance/ethics and taking the lead that needs to be filled
Nice perspective from our CEO @EmmaTg46 on what AI might mean for you.
I've been enjoying exploring what AI means for different sectors by exploring through doing. And it's refreshing seeing strong female leadership in this space

So grateful and inspired by the brilliant @JaimellaE who came to speak to us about creating laughter in teams and itβs benefits. Particularly loved instructions on how to make tumbleweed. π
Really enjoyed hearing Matt Skelton talk about the social practices that support fast flow in software delivery. Definitely resonates, particularly lunchtime talks and helping people getting used to articulating the value of their work (show the thing, people!) #agilemanc
Iβm back from holidays in the Finnish forests π³ and speaking at Agile Manchester this week with some really fantastic folks. Itβs nice to be able to connect with real people in the north π
