@AirEuropa I have been waiting since July 2020 for a refund for flights that were cancelled. I have sent multiple emails and DMs to Air Europa which have all been ignored and I have phoned numerous times and been told ‘it will be a few weeks or months’. Booking reference U6CEO7.

@Robshankill @mblades_ysp Leasing the 190 from Stobart was primarily to serve routes to LCY, giving them the ability to carry more passengers and doesn’t have as low a restricted landing weight as that on the Q400. The 195 isn’t certified to operated into LCY due to the steep approach requirements.

You’re telling me that a Dash 8 overhead locker is the same size as that of the C-Series?! This ‘standard cabin bag size’ is also a money-making tactic for retailers

@BelfastLive Headline is wrong @BelfastLive the aircraft was too heavy to land in LCY not take off from BHD. This was just after The Open, there was A LOT of heavy bags checked in, as well as an almost full flight; thus making the aircraft very heavy in its own right. Get the facts right!

There are strategies in place to deal with the noise ie using complex approach paths into and out of the airfield.

Airlines there such as EI, BA and KLM along with Flybe bring in hundreds of tourists every year. There are a lot more connections from the airports these airlines fly from than those in BFS.

@rosieerob @flybe Don’t worry they’re not actually cancelling the route as of yet. They have said they’re closing Cardiff as a base. The routes will still take place but just by crew who are based in other airports.

The staff in the video are only doing their job which are instructions from the airline. I’m sure they don’t get any pleasure out of taking your money!
