@Tesco I had £50 in zizzi vouchers split into £30 and £20 vouchers. When I went to Zizzi a few weeks ago they scanned both vouchers but in the end we only ended up using the £30 voucher. However the £20 voucher has no gone from my Clubcard app. Can you help?

@BritishGasHelp Hi, you have sent me a new bill today which had somehow added £353.96 onto the bill. This is the exact same amount as I was in credit when you last sent the bill in December? Why has all the money I was in credit suddenly been added onto the bill and disappeared?

@nationaltrust Yep tried that and still silence. When I try and call I spend up to an hour on hold before I have to hang up. Really really poor customer service.

If this is the level of customer service you provide then I will consider never rejoining the National Trust.
