@akiraonstarknet IMO credit cards are the biggest reason. Consumers don’t directly feel merchant fees, since those costs are baked into prices. If paying on-chain lowered prices more than what the consumer earns in card rewards, I strongly suspect adoption would rise quickly.
@OhadBarta Rather than "people look at charts → people pick a new number,” it becomes “protocol reads cost metrics → protocol adjusts within safe bounds; people only intervene on rare exceptions.”
@OhadBarta As a stopgap, it’s reasonable. But long term, I'd want the “manual” part (ie governance‑driven setting of the fee floor) to fade behind clear, rule‑based policies.
@worldappsupport@worldnetwork I’m told that if I switch to Android from iOS, I have no ability to recover my Verified Human credential.
Why do users lose this status for opting out of Apple’s ecosystem?
@OhadBarta@0x1164 If that's the case then right now we wouldn't be burning STRK. But in the future when there is a surplus (we figure out a way to reduce expenses or gain revenue by other means) the burn would begin.
@carlvellotti@lennysan Benjamin? Nested folders was me 😁 unless someone else also did the same thing.
Thanks for hosting @carlvellotti ! Had a great time.
@stratifixyz Yep, already did this. But previously you mentioned the team was resolving the issue around not being able to click Launch or access the app… and it doesn’t seem resolved.
