What a difference 6 months makes! 7Williams have been using a word loop method to build resilience, independence and deeper analysis. Pupils build connotations, then use the loop as a success criteria, including all words in their paragraph. So proud! Frankenstein Oct-> R+J May➿

They build knowledge, they deepen vocabulary, and they give pupils access to worlds, people, places and ideas they might not otherwise meet.
That is why story-rich curriculum work matters.

A teacher in 2008 started on £20,627. This was ~85% higher than minimum wage.
Today, they start on £32,916. Which is only 33% higher than minimum wage. This doesn't even account for student loans or pension contributions.
The gap is closing and closing fast!
