4.66in event total 1.5 mile ENE elsah. Earlier mill creek was over many roads and caused damage to a barn in elsah township.

@NWSStLouis major street flooding in Jersey county on Beltrees rd, mill creek is flooding on multiple locations. Farm fields flooding. Over 3.5 inches rain so far and still raining .
