Neat back-to-back papers on nodal cilia role in left-right asymmetry. Crazy experiment shows optically trapping a *single-cilium* and wiggling it can determine the organisms final heart position depending on the wiggle side.

@conesamingo@AlisterBurt@scipion_em Amazing! Thanks for the link and the heavy lifting. Ill definitely give it a go. Looks like it would be much more convenient than plotting the x/y coordinates on a single Z slice!
TomoTwin official release pt 1 🥳! After some code streamlining and writing documentation we’ve released the first stable build of TomoTwin. Here’s an example of TomoTwin picking Tc toxins based on a single reference without having to be trained on the protein beforehand. 🧵1/6
Interested in pFIB-SEM? Check out this paper by Maud Dumoux, @mcgrange et al. : https://t.co/Wq99tcjmX4 . Happy I could help out with some SerialFIB scripting! Want high contrast and quality images in cryo-FIB-SEM tomography? Imaging at 90 degrees helps! #vEM#FIBSEM#PFIB.

Serendipitously, we found VWFs A1 domain is a component of the VWF tubule wall! The A1 domain has important functions in VWF biology, and we were surprised to find it linking helical repeats in the VWF tubule.
